# SpecReply

> Food supplier questionnaires, drafted from your own documents.

Key facts:
- Status: early access. SpecReply is not live. There is no sign-up, no public app and no public API yet.
- SpecReply is a drafting tool for QA staff at food and beverage makers, co-packers, ingredient makers and food distributors.
- It fills in each customer's own Word, Excel or PDF questionnaire from the supplier's documents and cites the document behind every answer.
- Everything it writes is a draft. The supplier's own QA person reviews every answer, signs and sends. SpecReply signs nothing and sends nothing to customers.
- Allergen, certificate and guaranty answers need a person's explicit approval.
- When the documents don't answer a question, SpecReply says so and leaves it for a person. It never guesses.
- It does not replace a QA person, a PCQI or anyone's legal duty, and it never logs in to customer portals.
- Early-access prices in US dollars, before tax: Starter $199 a month (sites: 1, questionnaires a month: 8); Team $499 a month (sites: 3, questionnaires a month: 30); Distributor $999 a month (questionnaires a month: 100); $15 per extra questionnaire.
